My name is Dudekula Wasim Akram as per matriculation certificate. In my application form, i entered my name as D Wasim Akram in candidate' name. what should I do now?

Currently there is no provision for correcting the name in online application of Indian Army's SSC Tech course. I hope there should not be problem in your case as you have only entered your surname in initials.
