B Sc Nursing course notification
Indian Army has released the official notification for B Sc Nursing and Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery course 2016.    B Sc and Diploma courses will commence in July/August and September 2016.

B Sc Nursing Eligibility Criteria

Only female candidates who are unmarried / divorcee / legally separated or widow without encumbrances are allowed to apply for the course.   Applicant must be Indian citizen.   Date of birth of the applicant must be between 01 August 1991 to 31st July 1999.   Applicant should have passed XII th standard as a regular student with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.   Also applicant should have passed her XII in the first attempt itself.   Minimum height of the applicant must be 148 Cm. However, minimum height for north east candidates is 143 Cm.

How to apply for Indian Army B Sc Nursing course?

In order to apply for Indian Army B Sc Nursing and Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery course 2016, applicant need to browse the official website of Indian Army i.e., www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.   Click on Apply link provided adjacent to Officers selection. Then select B Sc nursing course 2016.   Last date to submit online application is 30 December 2015.   Initially applicant must register on the Indian Army website and then the applicant can proceed to apply.   Applicant of B Sc Nursing course must also pay the challan of 150 rupees in favour of DGAFMS Examination Board Fund State Bank of India, Central Secretariat, New Delhi.   Challan Journal number should also be endorsed in the online application by the applicant before 30 December 2015.   Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written exam followed by SSB interview.   All candidates who complete the training successfully will be observed in Military Nursing Service.
