16 SSCW T notification of Army

Indian Army has invited applications from young and talented woman engineering students for its SSCW(T) 16 course. Final year engineering students can also apply.

16 SSCW Tech course eligibility criteria

In order to apply for 16 SSCW Tech course of Indian Army, candidates should fulfill the following eligibility criteria as laid down by the Army.

Applicant must be Indian citizen. Age of the applicant wishing to apply for 16 SSCW (T) course should be between 20 to 27 years as on 01 October 2015. That is candidates who have born between 02 October 1988 and 01 October 1995 are eligible to apply for 16 SSCW Tech course. Educational qualification required to apply for the Short Service Commission course is engineering degree. However, final year engineering students are also eligible to apply. Final year students should be able to submit their engineering degree at the time of joining i.e., by October 2015.

How to apply for 16 SSC Tech course?

Candidates can apply for 16 SSCW Tech course of Army through online only. 16 SSCW Tech application form is available on the official website of Indian Army Officers recruitment. Candidates who want to apply for the SSC course may visit www.joinindianarmy.nic.in and click on the online application link that is being scrolled on the home page. Applicants who have not registered should first register and then they will be allowed to fill up the SSC Tech 16 course online application.   Last date to apply for 16 SSCW Tech course is 30 January 2015.   Candidates will be called for SSB interview based on their engineering percentage of first six semesters.
