Applied for IAF meteorology branch and looking for SSB interview dates? Indian Air Force has released AFSB dates of meteorology branch course commencing in January 2015.
Indian Air Force has released notification for meteorology branch through AFCAT and direct entry. There are total three meteorology branch officers courses offered by IAF viz., 137 GDOC, 30 SSC and 46 SSC course.
Thousands of applicants who want to become meteorology officers in IAF have applied for the course. 46 SSC course is exclusive for women aspirants and 30 SSC course is only for men.
IAF has shortlisted candidates as per their academic performance. Total 200 candidates have been shortlisted for AFSB SSB interview. Out of 130 candidates who are shortlisted for Meteorology branch AFSB SSB interview, 197 candidates will have to appear on 9th June 2014 and remaining three candidates will have their AFSB interview on 16 June 2014.
AFSB interviews will be held at Varanasi, Mysore and Dehradun AFSBs.
Candidates need to report at 0645 AM at the following assembly points with respect to their AFSB venue.
