Indian Air Force has invited applications for AFCAT 02/2013 exam in the month of June 2013. Applications were invited from men and women for commissioned officers posts. There were many courses offered through AFCAT 02/2013 examination. AFCAT is written exam conducted by IAF to shortlist the candidates for SSB interviews. Candidates who will pass the SSB interview will become officers in IAF.

Applications of AFCAT exam were invited through online mode only. After verifying the applications, correctly filled candidates got their admit cards of AFCAT 2/13 exam in the month of July 2013.

On August 25th, AFCAT exam was held by IAF officials at various AFCAT centres. Lakhs of candidates appeared in the exam. Question paper of AFCAT 02/2013 was little tougher this time and thus cut off marks is very low this time.

Today, Indian Air Force has officially published results of AFCAT 02/2013. Cut off marks for AFCAT 02/2013 is set as 116 / 300. Candidates may check their AFCAT results here.

My name is in AFCAT results. What next?

If your name is there in AFCAT 02/2013 results, you need to select venue and date of SSB interview through Air Force Selection Boards. Last date of opting your choice of venue and date of SSB is 06th October 2013. Shortlisted candidates need to login to IAF's official website i.e., www.careerairforce.iaf.in with their AFCAT userid and password. Take a print out of SSB call letter after selecting venue of SSB.
