Final results of Combined Defence Services Examination II 2012 of UPSC

Union Public Service Commission of India has earlier released notification of Combined Defence Services Examination II 2012 for selecting eligible candidates for officers posts including flying pilot jobs in Indian Army, navy and Air Force. Based on the performance of candidates in CDSE exam, UPSC has shortlisted 5604 candidates for Indian Military Academy. total 1799 candidates were shortlisted for Indian Naval Academy and 595 candidates for Air Force Academy.

All shortlisted candidates of CDSE exam went through five day SSB interview conducted by various Services Selection Boards of Army, Navy and Air Force. Total 326 candidates have secured their place in the final merit list of Combined Defence Services examination II 2012. Out of 326 candidates, 239 candidates were recommended for Indian Military Academy, 65 candidates for Indian Naval Academy and remaining 22 candidates are recommended for Air Force Academy.

The final merit list released by UPSC has been prepared without considering medical examination results.
