Step - 1 : Go to official Indian Army website

In order to apply for technical officer posts in Indian Army, go to www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
 

      Look for Officers link on the website. Once you found the link click on it. In the drop down menu click on How to apply link. When you click on How to apply link, you will see "Online Application" link. Under Online Application link all available entries or courses will be displayed.      Choose appropriate entry. That is if you are male candidate please select  SSC 41 and if you are female candidate please choose SSCW 12.  

Step - 2 : Fill up online application of 41 and 12 SSC technical courses

Once you choose appropriate course, you will be redirected to the online application.
    Before proceeding to fill up the application, keep the required documents ready with you. Fill up all required details in the online application form as it is one of the most common reasons of rejection of applications by Indian Army recruitment board officials. Make sure that you have entered accurate data such as name and percentages.     

Step - 3 : Re-verification of online application

After filling up of the 41st or 12th SSC Tech online registration form, all candidates are advised to recheck their details filled up in the application. Once you are satisfied with the details, click on Submit button.
 

Step - 4 : Save the application form

After clicking on submit button, candidates will see two options viz., Save and Print. It is advised to save the application first and then take a print out. By saving the application first will keep the application secure and thus even if by chance computer shuts down or printer fails, candidate will have a copy of online application.

 

Step - 5 : Send the attested copy of online application to Army headquarters

Last step in applying for 41st or 12th SSC Tech courses is to send the print out of filled up application to Army Headquarter.
