In order to apply for AFCAT exam, candidate should log on to Indian Air Force's official recruitment website. There, candidate will find a link saying "Candidate Login". Click on this link to go to online application portal of Indian Air Force. Here, candidate have various options. If you are a new candidate, click on "New candidate" link. It will take you to sign up page for username and password for filling up AFCAT online application form. Once you sign up and got your username and password, visit the online application portal. Here, sign in with your username and password. You will get application form part 2,3,4 and 5.
